Front desk girl was super nice and helpful. I spent the night due to its close proximity to the airport and their shuttle service was excellent! There’s a mall right next door so lots of options for food/drink or entertainment

It was a quick 12-hour in-and-out, but they made it very pleasant. I received an upgraded room due to my status, enjoyed happy hour and snacks, went to bed and slept great. It's just an easy walk from the terminal and they even have the luggage trolleys that you can use to go back to the airport!

We booked this hotel for our last day in Italy. We traveled from Assisi and left the next day from Fiumicino. The staff is very courteous and professional. The hotel is very clean and our room was spotless. We also had our evening meal at their restaurant. The staff was very polite and professional. They checked on us several times to make sure we were satisfied with our meal. Our meal was very good. When I booked this hotel, it was indicated there was a shuttle bus to take you to the airport....

This was one of the best places we have ever stayed at. I can’t recommend it highly enough. Our room was large and luxurious. The staff was kind, accommodating and cleanliness was at an all time high for real it was so clean. Neighborhood is a 10/10. The AC worked very well. Incredible property.

We absolutely loved our stay. The location at the top of the Spanish Steps is perfect when exploring Rome by foot. The provided breakfast buffet was wonderful. I will be returning to Rome in 2026 and I will definitely stay here for that visit.

This is our second time staying here. The service is great, the bed is so comfortable and it’s around the corner from the Trevi Fountain. I would highly recommend it. We will be back on our next trip to Rome.

This was a very nice place to stay, for our needs. Close to everything you need, food, shopping, the Vatican, and most other famous sites. The hostess was very helpful in getting our lost luggage back and booking us rides to and from the Airport. It made our Rome experience wonderful

I would consider this a hidden gem but once you find it, it will be well worth it. This is a family owned and operated establishment, so it was a pleasure doing business with the local community. The accommodations are newly remodeled and elegant. The hotel was in a great location, walking distance to the Colosseum, Spanish Steps, dining, and great shopping. I booked this hotel last minute and was thrilled with my selection. The staff was helpful, kind and eager to assist us. Giorgio, the concierge, went above and beyond to make sure our every need was met. The hotel is lovely and we appreciated the complimentary phone for use while staying at the property. The location was great, within walking distance of most of the beautiful Roman sites, and lots of delicious local restaurants nearby.A true gem and we hope to visit there again!

Just a short walk across from airport, quick check-in, spacious clean room and comfortable bed. Breakfast was amazing, so much to choose from, hot and cold food. Coffee was very nice. (I had 4 cups)

Convenient and walkable to main scenery spots. Lots of eateries and shopping choices nearby. Classical and elegant decor and friendly staff.

location,location,location. thus small boutique hotel is 500 yards from trevi fountain. you are right in the heart of historic Rome. fruit stand across the street wine store next to that. loads of restaurants and shops.hotel is very modern inside with a roof top terrace for included breakfast and drinks and pizza available at night.

This cannot be written quickly. Some things on the hotels.com web site were not so clear, but I booked because of the high user rating. First: it is not that easy to find, unless you know there is no sign. This is a B&B in a larger apartment building. Simply get to Scanderbeg Piazza and look for the number inscribed in the walls of the buildings. The hotel is beautiful. The breakfast is full size. The front desk was very kind. Ana from Positano (sorry not full correct name) was the nicest person when one of was sick with stomach issues. We arrived too early and she let us hang in lobby offered water to the sick one. Very sincere person. Laura cleaned our room each day and was very sweet in the halls when we saw her. Very personal service with an unbeatable location.

Ok so, I know some people probably had bad experiences and sometimes happens, but my experience was really good to be honest, start with the excellent location literally close to everything I did it all just walking all it was perfect, it is like 20 min walking from the train station, 30min fun walking to the Vatican, everything else super close 10 or 15min.
