We booked this hotel for our last day in Italy. We traveled from Assisi and left the next day from Fiumicino. The staff is very courteous and professional. The hotel is very clean and our room was spotless. We also had our evening meal at their restaurant. The staff was very polite and professional. They checked on us several times to make sure we were satisfied with our meal. Our meal was very good.

The room was bigger than I expected. It had plenty of space to spread out a suitcase and a huge backpack to rearrange everything before travel. Only 10 or 15 min to Terminal 3 at FCO. Taxi via Uber was not too expensive and very convenient. I was very impressed with the space for an Ibis by the airport. Other good things.... Bed was comfortable. The restaurant right outside the hotel's front door had yummy Italian food that was cheap and easy! Easy check in and check out

We really enjoyed relaxing in the spa after a long day traveling and sight seeing. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom had a very large walk in shower. They allowed us to check our luggage in the early am so we could site see. The shuttle runs in the hour, dropped off right by Vatican City, and only cost 1.5E

I stayed five nights in this hotel in early May of 2023. 2 min. to Colosseo. Perfect location, clean and tidy settings. Even though it is marked as four star hotel, I would give five star. Roof-top restaurant is gorgeous and has stunning view on the area especially in the night. The location of this hotel is perfect. 5 min to the subway station and bus stop. The hotel staffs are all very kind and thoughtful. There are number of decent restaurants within 5min's walk. I travel a lot and I would...

We stayed one night prior to our early morning flight from Rome. A free shuttle to and from the airport is provided, so it was very convenient.
The service throughout the hotel (front desk, bar and restaurant) was excellent. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. Overall, a great hotel - not fancy - but, perfect for a pre-flight stay.

It was a quick 12-hour in-and-out, but they made it very pleasant. I received an upgraded room due to my status, enjoyed happy hour and snacks, went to bed and slept great. It's just an easy walk from the terminal and they even have the luggage trolleys that you can use to go back to the airport!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Hotel Tiberio in Rome, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, Umberto at the front desk warmly welcomed us with his positive attitude and helpful nature. He took the time to offer personalized recommendations on dining and sightseeing with a map, ensuring we made the most out of our Roman adventure.

The hotel was nice, quiet and a perfect place to go when you want to stay away from crowds. It had a very charming atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. I liked the amenities; there was a restaurant on site, free wifi, flat screen tv with many channels, a hair dryer, and public transportation (literally steps away). I was particularly happy because I had spent 2 weeks on a cruise with many tourists and I felt tired of crowds pushing at each other just to get a glimpse of...

Grand Hotel Palace is a wonderful experience. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is convenient to the train station, the beautiful Borghese Gardens, Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps and other sites of interest to tourists. There are many restaurants, fancy and plain nearby. The hotel's restaurant is nice. Comfortable bed. Highly recommended.

The staff was very kind. We needed to move to a room with a step-in shower because my 82 yo mother had trouble stepping into the tub in her room. They moved her to a (more expensive, I think) room just down the hall so mom would be more comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good, and just what we needed to start a long day of sightseeing. We ate In the restaurant one night and that was very good too. The rooms were much bigger that I thought they would be, with a nice sitting area with sofa and...

The property is very clean and beautiful. You fill yourself as some royalty living in the beautiful palace. The staff is extremely friendly and polite. The rooms are big, very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was very delicious, with a big variety and well organize. There is nothing we didn't like about Rome Cavalieri. Dreaming of coming back soon.

Location is just minutes from the Spanish Steps but yet on a nice quiet street and very walkable to most sites. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms are all freshly remodeled and very comfortable. Don't miss the rooftop pool and lounge area after a long day of sightseeing. Would absolutely stay here again.
