"The hotel was beautiful. The room was also beautiful. However, we had no turn dorm service or cleaning services done in our room when we were gone. Consider considering the the price of the room, I think that that should have definitely been a priority. We had to ask for clean towels. Also the rooftop bar staff was not that great we waited probably 30-40minutes for a drink and the price for a drink was overpriced"

"The room key didn´t work we had it changed three times. cleaning of bathroom was poor the hairdryer diden´t work the door to toilet coun´t close this was defintely not a good experience, we ended by cancel our room and checked out."

"Great Location ... close to many bus stops and historical ruins. Very good buffet breakfast. Staff very helpful ... called taxis on several occasions. Gave good alternative restaurant recommendations. Great views from the rooftop restaurant."
