"Service is very good. From doorman, reception. They very helpfull and always smile. The room is good with good aminities (but i cant find a toothbrush). The location just a few step from milan central station and tram station (via settembrini stop). They gave us a bag drop even 1 days before our check in date. And after we check in, our luggage had already in our room so very good service from this hotel. Despite the milan central area I feel not safe on the late night, but I love this hotel...

Every step you take there is someone there helping you from booking a taxis, booking tours, making you feel welcome and relaxed. "The swimming pool was really good and the seating outdoors on the grass was lovely. Bedroom was too small and cramped. Bathroom was small. Breakfast was ok but coffee didn’t dispense correctly seems coffee machine was broken. "

"The hotel is nice, but quite old. The room was certainly not worth the 4-star rating. The food was good but not exceptional. The staff were courteous, but, due to several different teams working there, some things were overlooked (for example I was not told that, on a specific evening, there would be no dinner before 8:30pm - to their credit the restaurant staff did make me a sandwich at 7:30pm, as I did not want to wait until 8:30pm to eat). Having the tennis courts and pool available, as well...
