We loved everything about our stay. The hotel is spectacular. The rooms are roomy, very nice. The pools and spa services are top notch. The location is great, Ortesei is a great town and base for hiking in the Dolomite’s. If you have a chance to stay at this hotel, do it!

Riiiight in the thick of it but even our room on the 2nd floor was very quiet. Great service and staff was very friendly!

Beautiful older hotel perfect fit for Venice. Very clean and timeless hotel. Excellent service. Excellent breakfast. Right in the shopping area of Venice and close walk to St.Marks Square. Nice amenities including: Spa for an additional charge. Boat taxi service provided by the hotel. Bar on site. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

If you are planning to visit Florence, this is the hotel you should book! It won't let you down. Your Florence stay will be brilliant and memorable. I booked this hotel after read someone's comment. As I learned, the location is a bit far from the center of city. Even so, it is still worth to stay at this hotel. If you take a taxi, it costs 10 euro from/to hotel approxilately. For money savers, taking a bus #14 just for 2 euro may be suitable. The bus stop for #14 is only 2 blocks walk...

Overall very satisfied with our room, included breakfast and the friendliness of the staff. Pro's: 1. Hotel entrance faces the Grand Canal, and located very close to the Sant Angelo vaporetto water taxi stop (like 100 meters) 2. starting with the doorman and going on to the cheerful welcome by Clizia at the front desk, it became quite clear that everyone who works here is carefully chosen for the ability to pamper the clients. I cant say enough about the hotel! When we arrived in a taxi we did not realize the taxi did not accept credit cards. We were a bit stressed as we had just traveled over 15 hours. Imran, the doorman came to our rescue and without any effort on our part, pulled out his wallet and paid for our taxi. We then exchanged cash in the hotel and promptly repaid him. I stayed five nights in this hotel in early May of 2023. 2 min. to Colosseo. Perfect location, clean and tidy settings. Even though it is marked as four star hotel, I would give five star. Kiara was wonderful from start to finish. The staff are welcoming and so very cordial. She even upgraded my room. The property itself is gorgeous with lots of space. I appreciated the unique touches of this property. Breakfast was also very nice to have in their restaurant which has a very lovely skylight, perfect way to spend a slow morning on vacation.
