Amazing hotel. Great staff and service. Perfect location

Absolutely lovely. Steps aways from the Steps of Piazza Spagna, you are in the heart of the city but away from the madness. Staff is FABULOUS. Helpful and kind. Room cleaning services deserves SIX STARS, they made up our room and left it looking like a spread for an interior decoration magazine. Best housekeeping n the world. Wonderful all arounnd. Spa is world class.

Riiiight in the thick of it but even our room on the 2nd floor was very quiet. Great service and staff was very friendly!

The hotel is beautiful. The breakfast is full size. The front desk was very kind. Ana from Positano (sorry not full correct name) was the nicest person when one of was sick with stomach issues. We arrived too early and she let us hang in lobby offered water to the sick one. Very sincere person. Laura cleaned our room each day and was very sweet in the halls when we saw her. You can see the st peters dome from roof, yes it is a distance, but beautiful. Mini bar full of items to snack and drink...

A wonderful family-owned luxury hotel; a rare breed these days. The hotel is smallish but offers great amenities and a truly supportive staff. This hotel makes you feel like it is your home away from home. Could not recommend it more highly!

It was a wonderful stay. The hotel is historic. It ‘s location is perfect. A bit outside of the hubbub, but close enough for easy access. Great restaurants, shopping and historical landmarks are all there. The hotel is clean, the staff accessible. The breakfast staff, and we particularly mention Mariana, were so kind and helpful. I stayed five nights in this hotel in early May of 2023. 2 min. to Colosseo. Perfect location, clean and tidy settings. Even though it is marked as four star hotel, I would give five star. Roof-top restaurant is gorgeous and has stunning view on the area especially in the night. The location of this hotel is perfect. 5 min to the subway station and bus stop. Great stay, loved it.

The property is very clean and beautiful. You fill yourself as some royalty living in the beautiful palace. The staff is extremely friendly and polite. The rooms are big, very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was very delicious, with a big variety and well organize. There is nothing we didn't like about Rome Cavalieri. Dreaming of coming back soon.

Everyone working at the hotel was first rate and wonderful, the establishment was clean and great, I'd go back for sure... there were some material choices in our room for the drawers that had permanent finger prints and stains all over them that was a little off putting at first... but the were clean, just looked dirty.

Location is just minutes from the Spanish Steps but yet on a nice quiet street and very walkable to most sites. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms are all freshly remodeled and very comfortable. Don't miss the rooftop pool and lounge area after a long day of sightseeing. Would absolutely stay here again.

I wish I could give this hotel 10 stars. Everything about the hotel was beyond our expectations. As soon as we arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. First of all, this is not a typical hotel with large check in area but we were given very prompt and courteous attention by Stefania. The room was very large with big roomy closet and a safe, the king bed was really comfortable with crisp sheets, nice pillows and the perfect weight comforter. Bathroom was also large with great water pressure and nice hot water. The room had an electric metal curtain that you can use to totally darken the room.
