Amazing hotel. Great staff and service. Perfect location

Riiiight in the thick of it but even our room on the 2nd floor was very quiet. Great service and staff was very friendly!

Absolutely lovely. Steps aways from the Steps of Piazza Spagna, you are in the heart of the city but away from the madness. Staff is FABULOUS. Helpful and kind. Room cleaning services deserves SIX STARS, they made up our room and left it looking like a spread for an interior decoration magazine. Best housekeeping n the world. Wonderful all arounnd. Spa is world class.

The hotel is beautiful. The breakfast is full size. The front desk was very kind. Ana from Positano (sorry not full correct name) was the nicest person when one of was sick with stomach issues. We arrived too early and she let us hang in lobby offered water to the sick one. Very sincere person. Laura cleaned our room each day and was very sweet in the halls when we saw her. You can see the st peters dome from roof, yes it is a distance, but beautiful. Mini bar full of items to snack and drink...

A wonderful family-owned luxury hotel; a rare breed these days. The hotel is smallish but offers great amenities and a truly supportive staff. This hotel makes you feel like it is your home away from home. Could not recommend it more highly!

It was a wonderful stay. The hotel is historic. It ‘s location is perfect. A bit outside of the hubbub, but close enough for easy access. Great restaurants, shopping and historical landmarks are all there. The hotel is clean, the staff accessible. The breakfast staff, and we particularly mention Mariana, were so kind and helpful. I stayed five nights in this hotel in early May of 2023. 2 min. to Colosseo. Perfect location, clean and tidy settings. Even though it is marked as four star hotel, I would give five star. Roof-top restaurant is gorgeous and has stunning view on the area especially in the night. The location of this hotel is perfect. 5 min to the subway station and bus stop. The property is very clean and beautiful. You fill yourself as some royalty living in the beautiful palace. The staff is extremely friendly and polite. The rooms are big, very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was very delicious, with a big variety and well organize. There is nothing we didn't like about Rome Cavalieri. Dreaming of coming back soon.

Everyone working at the hotel was first rate and wonderful, the establishment was clean and great, I'd go back for sure... there were some material choices in our room for the drawers that had permanent finger prints and stains all over them that was a little off putting at first... but the were clean, just looked dirty.

Location is just minutes from the Spanish Steps but yet on a nice quiet street and very walkable to most sites. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms are all freshly remodeled and very comfortable. Don't miss the rooftop pool and lounge area after a long day of sightseeing. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great stay, loved it.

First time in Rome and it was a perfect location. Sammy was so attentive, friendly and helpful. The only downside is you can not check in bags or speak to anyone before 3pm check in time. My shower would not turn hot or turn off the first day but after I mentioned it to the staff it was fixed right away. Balcony was peaceful. AC worked well but make sure patio door is closed so AC can work. I would def recommend this location to friends and family.

Very good hotel with free laundry room, a section with pool and ping pong tables. Restaurant was actually good. Also there is a walking section with lounge tables that was nice Felt safe in the hotel. Only drawback is the area around the hotel is not nice so we usually took taxis. However I recommend this hotel.
