"Although the Hotel was centrally located, parking was inconvenient. We liked the Breakfast, but not room service. One day the room wasn’t made although we had left instructions to do so. Also, while searching for an item my wife thought she missplaced, we turned up one of the Matresses and found it to be grossly specked with blood and probably urine. It also smelled badly too. It was our last day (of 3) we reported it during check out. "

"June 2024 major Road works outside hotel dusty mucky awful…. The hotel itself is lovely clean and I can not fault it. if the road wasn’t being currently dug up for new tram lines the location would be perfect as it is just round the corner from castle. "

"Very good place to stay for the weekend. Perfect location. 20 min walking distance to the Old Market Sq. Lots of restaurants and Pubs around. Very clean room. Some of the sanitary ware needs attention/maintenance . Good breakfast served. No parking space - need to find a spot on nearby roads and pay in the machine.Recommended for short stay."

"Staff was very helpful in answering questions , they all spoke English as I don’t speak any Polish. Place was very clean, and modern. It was also very good location, close to Old Krakow and was on the river, which is a nice walk. I would recommend this place.😊"

"Great location situated on Grodska, castle, cathedral, rynek square, st Mary’s basilica all within 3-5 minutes walk. Collected keys from office on florianska, 5 mins from main train station, staff great. Highly recommend "

"We had a lovely stay at this property over the new year period, room was very clean, staff very helpful and friendly. Not a lot local to the hotel but tram to city very frequently running outside so that didn’t really bother us! Would definitely stay again and are hoping to return sometime this year."
