"It was very well presented in all aspects. The kitchen staff were good and helpful. The reception staff were well dressed and presented themselves very professionally rooms were very neat and clean. Would come again when visiting my mother everything is nearby."

"We stayed in the newly refurbished annex at the back of the property. A very quiet, cool room for a hot Saturday night stay. Exceptionally clean with everything you could want including tea/coffee making facilities & chocolate biscuits. Costs were higher than normal as event on at the St Mary’s Stadium but still a great stay despite the inflated price."

"We came for a family night away to celebrate a birthday and we really found the hotel to be relaxed and friendly from the minute we got there. Our room was clean and within minutes of checking in staff came in with a basket and bowls for our dog. We had a few drinks in the bar area that evening which was busy due to football but a great atmosphere. The breakfast was lovely and the choice was great. We used the gym and spa and found the staff in the golf shop all to be extremely friendly...

"Wevhad a one night stop over to visit relatives. Found the hotel clean, tidy and relaxing. Parking was very good, rooms clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good for the overall price. We will book again "

The staff are all fantastic, friendly, helpful, and even though they are all busy they are all really cheerful and take time to interact with you. Yes, admittedly the rooms look a little tired and dated, but they are clean, have everything you need and more importantly I sleep like a log here as the bedding is lovely and the beds extremely comfortable.
