Arriving way ahead of check in time in a downpour with wet bicycles we were graciously greeted by the owner of this charming old hotel. He allowed us to have our room immediately and it was perched on the corner with two windows looking out at the old clock tower and the roofs of the town. This man made our stay so pleasant by his warmth and enthusiasm for his special town. He told us what to visit and lent us an umbrella and made us a delicious dinner. This place is the best!! They even drove us to the cruise port at a normal fee, when we could get other arrangements.

Very comfortable room. Great staff.

We had a very good time at this property. The hosts were very curteous and brought us a bottle of sparkling wine, the included breakfast was delicious (best cappuccinos we had!), and the apartment very clean and well stoked.

Great room, great staff. Good food at restaurant, ate lunch twice there, and bar very nice. Location perfect. Breakfast adequate.

The people were very friendly and the room was comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful with a great variety of options.

The location is great, the garden is beautiful and the owner is extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

One of the nicest stays during our 2 weeks in Italy for the price. Family owned and the homemade cakes and jams in the morning were yummy!

I stayed here in order to visit the Basilica del Sant'Apollinare in Class. Warm welcome, great food especially the half board offer for hotel guest. Many thanks for the ride to the train station in the rain. I would stay here again and would recommend to my friends, family and strangers alike as you will be welcomed here. The bar and restaurant was full of locals, always a good sign.

Wonderful place to stay with fantastic hosts.

If you remember “the good old days” of the small family-run Italian small hotel, this will make you go right back to those lost days! Riccardo and his family are so wonderful. When I told him I was interested in the history of the region, he quickly told me 5 or 6 amazing tales from the distant past, as well as from his own lived experience. This is why we travel: to meet people like this! Did I mention this hotel is LOVELY with a fine attention to detail in all things? I wish I could’ve stayed...
