Top Mallaig Hotel Reviews
Isle of Skye Guest house
10/10 Excellent
"This property has been my favorite during my trip to Scotland so far. Its location is perfect and easy to access. Their instructions are easy to follow. The room was comfortable and clean. The shower was easy to work (in other places I haven’t been so lucky). Overall a really cute and relaxing place that I would 100% choose to stay at again!"
Base Camp Hotel Nevis Range
8/10 Good
"The accommodation were basic. Room had instant coffee and a kettle. One towel per person staying the room. There was no closet and a small rod to had 4-5 items for 3 people. No luggage rack, no tissue (only toilet paper), bed sheets has hair on them and there was weird stains from spills on the ground. It was a good for a quick night stay in a commute and or for college kids looking for a cheap hotel when on the mountain. Fee parking was a bonus. Wouldn’t stay again. Front desk staff was nice though so they get a great review!"
Balmacara Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Great location. Clean and spacious rooms. Excellent breakfast and dinners in the hotel restaurant. Unfortunately, during our two day stay, it rained non stop but they can’t control the weather!"
Morar Hotel
8/10 Good
"The restaurant has delicious food!"
West Highland Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"All good. Modern and well appointed hotel with a good restaurant serving local fish. An excellent stopover ahead of the ferry."
Ben Nevis Hotel & Leisure Club
8/10 Good
"A good place to stay for a reasonable price. They have had some damage that they are working on fixing but it does change the atmosphere in some parts of the hotel."
Kyle Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Big room and comfortable beds. Good breakfast and we had a nice meal at the restaurant"
Alexandra Hotel
8/10 Good
"We stayed at the hotel for three nights. It is centrally located and easy to get around from there. The hotel is nice and clean, and feels cozy even though it is a bit worn. The staff is helpful and very welcoming. The breakfast was nice - there were many warm dishes, bread, pancakes, yogurt, fruit, granola, juices, coffee, tea and cocoa. We had a room on the 4th floor from which we had a view of both the mountains and the water."
The Lodge on the Loch by OYO
8/10 Good
"Room was tidy and clean. Breakfast was good. Staff friendly"
