"I didn't like that there was an opening in between the glass door and window so the cold breeze was coming in and the noise pollution was pretty loud. Other than that it was great. "I was travelling solo with my toddler for his specialist appointments in Chatswood. This hotel was easy to park, close to where i needed to be, easy access to the westfield shopping centre and the mandarin centre, safe location. "

"The only thing I can complain about us the lack of parking in the facility. I was told I would need to pre book parking as they have limited parking so had to park on the street. 2hr parking during the day so have to move the car every 2 hours. Untimed street parking after 5pm. A message when making a booking saying parking needs to be booked would have been a good thing."
