"I had trouble with the reception about the pickup point from the MXP Train station. The instructions were fuzzy at best. The shuttle was prompt and efficient. Book your return to airport as quickly as possible because they time in 30” intervals. The property itself was a 3-star property with the attention of a typical family owned establishment. The restaurant was good. The handicapped room was adequate but the shower area could be improved. "

The service provided was exceptional, the ladies Joy and Letizia went out thier way to help us in everything we needed. They had a shuttle service which picked us up from the city and dropped us back to the hotel which was a huge help. They need to help guests arriving by car a little, my navi did nor recognise that many streets are pedestrian.
