"The staff and service at this Residence Inn could not have been more friendly or helpful. Very impressive! My main complaint was that the hide-a-bed was terribly uncomfortable. Probably the worse sofa bed I've ever slept on. Also please provide a complete sheet set rather than just a fitted sheet. Even though the name says it is an extended stay, they told us that they reserve some of the rooms as a hotel but you are still treated as though you moved into an apartment. There are no hotel amenities, (no shampoo/lotion/hair dryer, etc) no room service of any kind, no cleaning of the linens, floors, garbage while there. ALL rooms advertised as Non-Smoking but every room is smoked in and our room STUNK!! We immediately told the front desk and...
