"So room 457 and the rooms around 457 cannot get hot water I complained once I was checked in to the room and discovered I took over an hr to get Luke warm water at both the faucet and in the shower Maintenance tried putting me in the room next door with the same result no hot water the next morning same thing Luke warm water complained to the front desk and the response was you booked with a 3 party we can’t help you ! I wouldn’t recommend the Crown plaza! Zero customer support 💯"
