"Check in for this hotel was horrendous! No staff!! No where to sit in their lobby! Line wrapped around forever!! No one came near our room to clean! An entire werkend! My husband had to hunt down staff just to get some vlean towels! Unacceptable! Not even valets be prepared to wait good 45 mins to get your car..the entire place is under staffed!! "

"Overall I loved the location. The biggest challenge was there is no full time restaurant or convenient sitting area. However overall it is a clean and neat hotel and the staff are wonderful as well as the bar area, but it is only open from 5pm until 10:30. So any extra food service is via having it delivered from an outside source."

"Front desk staff needs improvement. At check in, the agent checking me in did not smile at all during the whole process. Being in the position where you are essentially the face of the hotel and the first point of interaction with guests, front desk agents need to provide a warm welcome to guests approaching the front desk. This includes a smile on your face instead of looking miserable. My first morning there, I called the front desk only to ask the hours of operation for the pool and the phone...

"Was initially given a teeny tiny room but staff told me they could move me to a bigger room the next day and they did. I like that the windows actually open for fresh air. Wasn’t thrilled that they added the elevator key card since last time but I guess in NYC they have to have it for safety. Just gets annoying. It’s a cute place in a great location."
