I’ve stayed at several hotels in Rinku Town over the last two years and OMO is definitely the winner by far when it comes to comfort and friendly staff. During my last visit, I noticed that Sayoko san at the front desk was going above and beyond to ensure that everyone’s check in process was smooth. Her attention to detail and excellent customer service truly stood out. I have become a regular and am no longer looking for alternatives when staying in Rinku Town.

It was much nicer than I had expected and with the included breakfast buffet that had so many choices from something western to eating like a Japanese person would with local fruits and dishes. This was a nice hotel for a layover. It is next to the AirPort Express train Kumitori stop. It has elevators for luggage if you have a big case. Family Mart off train. 5 minute walk to hotel.
