"The hotel was lovely (we had two Garden rooms one interior 5th floor loft room). What made it even better was the staff. For young men to be so attentive to the guests needs was refreshing and gave hope to the next generation of workers. Matthias was especially great — he recommended which hospital nearby to take my elderly mom when we arrived in town with a medical issue and followed up the next day inquiring about her condition. "Excellent location for the train station, the town was only a ten minute walk. Hotel was nicely styled, immaculately clean , bedrooms small but well designed to maximising space . Huge window with view of the station and mountains. Would have liked a kettle and coffee tea options in the room . Breakfast room had fabulous views , breakfast was basic , would have been nice to have a couple of warm options, Scrambled egg, sausage etc . Would definitely recommend. "

"We liked the room about a 10 minute walk to the city centre.Not much around the hotel no restaurants.No tea or coffee making facilities.When I asked about it the lady asked me for my room number so she could charge me.Kettle would be handy in the room.The ski jump is about a 30 minute walk away.The fernicular is being repaired at this moment so a lot of steps to get to the top.A 50%discount is being offered.Innsbruck is worth a visit surrounded by mountains and blossums everywhere."

"Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, wir hatten Halbpension gebucht, man konnte aus einer kleinen Karte drei Gänge auswählen, das Essen war sehr lecker. Auch beim Frühstücksbuffet gab es von allem etwas (Croissonts, Brot, Weckerl, Müsli, Ei, Obst, Käse, Wurst etc.) Unser Apartment war sehr groß (inkl. großer Balkon) und hatte auch eine kleine Küchennische dabei, dort wurden sogar Tee und Kaffee bereitgestellt. Uns hat besonders die ruhige Lage und die Natur rundherum gefallen. "

"What a hidden gem! We are on a driving tour of Europe. Selected this hotel based off of reviews. We were late arriving as bad weather and traffic delays held us up. The hotel staff were so welcoming. They were due to close kitchen but kept it open to let us have dinner. Great food. Great Wine! The room was older yet very clean. Balcony view amazing! Our Favourite stay in Europe!!! Quaint little town. "

"This is a very nice hotel with clean rooms and a good breakfast, and close to public transport. My only complaint is that the reception is not open before you can check in, which means when you arrive 2 hours early because of the train schedules, you have no place to put your luggage, unlike most hotels in the world. They have to change this."

"Would love to stay again. Has character and is in a great location on fringe of city centre, with good bars, eateries & a supermarket close by. The accommodation & facilities were very good - just found bed a little low & having a toaster would improve the kitchen. "

"Large spacious comfortable apartment within a 5 minute walk of the town centre. Very well set up to self cater with great views of the mountains. Quiet location. Staff interaction was somewhat mixed with potential to improve - but postive overall. Only small negative is the notice in the kitchen warning guests of the sensitive smoke alarms and €600 fines - please consider rephrasing so as not to put guests on edge and worried about using the cooking facilities. "
