Hotel is good but reception staff and Kitchen staff service is amazing. Ilenia at Reception helped on Public transport, guided very well on Rome attractions and helped on Taci booking for odd hours flight. Room cleaning service is good. There is a nearby Gym as well. Overalll good budget hotel with amazing customer upport...
