"This is an interesting heritage property. The rooms are new and modern and quite large. Parking was a problem when I arrived (perhaps due to the hospital next door). The neighbourhood is OK but on the edge of a run down area. My room was in the basement (not as bad as it sounds). Grounds were a little unkempt. Staff OK but directions to room were unclear (down the stairs)"

"I am a person that suffers from gluten and dairy issues and your complimentary breakfast did not support me when I stayed at your hotel. I really feel that it is not showing equity towards all when you say you offer services it should be for everyone. This would be great to see if you can make changes so everyone can be included instead of having to go buy my own breakfast. Thanks!!! "
