The hotel isn’t exactly catered for overseas guests. Most staff only know very basic English and don’t budge about slightly early check ins and outs. They also do not store your luggage, which was a real pain when we arrived earlier than the check in time. "

"Clean hotel and convenient to walk to some restaurants. Easy drive to Icheon Ceramics. Free parking at hotel, but crowded garage. Bit of a language barrier, but staff was patient and helpful and we were able to get all the information we needed."

"Very clean modern room, with access to shopping and restaurants. A bit far from downtown Seoul but that reflected in the price of the room. There's a metro stop right near the hotel, but I opted for a cab to Gangnam (30 min) as it was much too complicated to take the metro. I would stay here again. "

I tried multiple settings and the temperature never changed. I forgot to tel lthe front desk.....I just regulated with opening the window."
