"The gentleman at the front desk was fantastic! Very courteous, pleasant and informative! I was able to upgrade my room without any issues! The room was spotless as always during my prior stays here! I have been staying at Metropol since 2024 every time I visit Poland and the consistency of high level service combined with very reasonable prices is the main reason I do not look at other hotels!"

"I stayed in 4 different hotels in Poland and this was my favourite.Not overly luxurious but very comfortable. Nice wide single beds, staff that spoke English well and were warm and helpful, and a stellar breakfast buffet. Make sure to try the apple pancakes. The pizza in the evening was also great! Would absolutely book again. "

"Best Hotel with reasonable rate. If you are in Poland book this hotel. It has everything you need around it. Fancy Restaurants, Shopping places, Safe , Easy Access to everything. Breakfast was best. Everything was fresh and tasty. Hotel staff is Very nice and helpful."
