"The hotel was at an excellent JR train station, it is just 2 minutes to the hotel. The front desk staffs were very nice and friendly, I did not expect they even help to take our luggages into our room. The buffect breakfast was provided a lot of choice, and the food was yummy. The cafe staffs provided very good service. The room price of the hotel was reasonable. We enjoyed the stay and had a good time, we would come to this hotel again, thank you for the service."

"Staff at the main desk was always pleasant and greeted you upon entering. The room was a good size. The door is low. Not for someone taller than six foot. This is not negative- just a warning if you are tall! The bathroom gets steamy. "

"There was a bed bug on the bed. We checked out late but staff was already informed but then the maid came in to the room no knock just opened the door while we still in there. "It was convenient for pur family. We booked 5 rooms total. Rooms are a bit small and dated but very close to train station and bus stn to haneda airport. For the price it’s ok. "

"THANK GOODNESS I booked this hotel cause it was storming when I arrived and had no umbrella. It’s the only hotel I saw that was basically connected to the hotel with a covered walkway, almost to the door so I was able to roll my luggage easily and only had to cross the street uncovered to arrive and that saved me and my suitcase from getting soaked!!!!! "
