Second time there, can't wait to return

The check in was great. The young man working. I forgot his name was extremely helpful

Personal de Front Desk muy amables y serviciales Igualmente el personal de la piscina y de los barres.

I loved how clean and the staff were all Friendly and extremely helpful.

I loved everything about our stay! Diane and Cordell are the best. The place was relaxing and beautiful!

We absolutely loved the vibe and welcoming atmosphere! The food was amazing and yoga was exactly what we needed with a fantastic instructor, Christine! Thank you so much for a much needed relaxing getaway!

Property was great for kids! Had transportation to the beach and old San Juan. Was walking distance to T-mobile arena. Then Francisco makes the best drinks at the bar. (The chicken tenders are amazing)

Would definitely visit again !! Clean room and very attentive staff !

Room, amenities

Loved the breakfast, the room was very pretty and comfy, close to very nice locations.

My husband, son and I spent the night prior to our cruise the next day. Property was clean and located very conveniently to restaurants. Staff were friendly and assisted us with finding transportation to cruise port.

Our stay was absolutely amazing until the last day the people that checked in next to us blasted music from 3 pm all the way till we called the front desk and asked them to lower it down… then came in at 5am and made noise till 6 am. If staying here I would definitely let the front desk know if you like your privacy and peace because that was annoying besides that we had an amazing time so many places to walk to. People are friendly and staff is amazing

Everything was Great! Dorado is Beautiful, Beach and people. The billas havw security 24/7. Super Private security Perez was really kind. I will definitely return

Loved my experience there! Went on a solo trip and it was great

The location of the hotel is in the heart of San Juan. Although we couldn’t enjoy the rooftop due to rain many ppl say the rooftop is great! The staff is amazing and very helpful! Very clean and quiet.

This is a very nice small boutique hotel in a super location to experience Old San Juan. A good part of the charm is the city itself loaded with historical sites, great eateries, shops and bars and the Villa Herencia is right in the middle of all this. Not only is a car not needed but is probably a handicap and unnecessary expense as parking and driving the old city streets is a challenge. We loved the many plazas, street vendors, and concentration of things to do that made every venture from...

Loved our stay! Great front desk team! So friendly and helpful! The property is a great mix of historic and modern, and the vibe is great. Location couldn’t be better - a 3-5 min walk to all of Old San Juan!

Beautiful Room, Beautiful Hotel in Old San Juan

We only had one night but wished we’d had longer, just to stay in our quiet room, read, drink coffee, and unwind. The minimalist colonial decor was very relaxing and romantic, we’ll stay again if we come back.
