"For an Embassy Suites we were a little dismayed by the overall maintenance of the hotel. We were there in June in Palm Desert, so the weather overall was 'hot.' Our rooms were located in an area where we had to exit the lobby and walk outside to the elevator to the third floor. The elevators do not have AC and were sweltering.
