"Great location but staffing on Monday and Tuesday needs work. For, example our room was cleaned on Tuesday but dishes and coffee cups were left behind and the room wasn't really refreshed. Breakfast is super basic and could be improved. "

"We had a very pleasant stay at the Homewood Suites by Hilton La Quinta. The location is excellent—close to Indian Wells, restaurants, and everything happening in the area. Our suite was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Having the kitchenette and sitting area made it feel much more relaxed than a standard hotel room. The staff were friendly and welcoming, check-in was easy, and breakfast was a nice bonus with plenty of options. Another big plus: the hotel is pet-friendly, which makes traveling much easier for those of us with furry companions. Overall, a comfortable, well-run property in a great location. We’d definitely stay here again understanding that the hotel needs to tweak the AC in a few places."

"This historic resort is a gem and one of the most beautiful properties to stay! The grounds keepers obviously know what they are doing! Unfortunately the rest of the staff (front desk registration, manager, many of restaurant staff, some pool staff, some housekeeping, etc) are borderline incompetent and not hard workers! Each year it seems to get worse. The resort manager needs to go! We want this property to shine and be around for years to come!"

The host was super responsive. Loved the location most of all. We used the fitness center also. Overall just a great stay. "

"The house is amazing, we have stayed at many places in Pam Springs, Palm Desery and La Quinta, this has been our favorite!! The open wall to the pool was a favorite of ours, views of mountains, great beds. The room with 2 beds they need to be changed, we had know one station that room so house still worked for us. Michael and staff were great, responded quickly to us not understanding how to use the apps on our phones, finally last few days we got it. We will definitely be staying again in this home, great ares. Thank you"
