"My experience over all was good but the staff at the pool bar were not very nice. We ordered food that after two hours never came, every time we asked for an update he would get annoyed. They also tried giving me hot beer on 106 degrees weather three different times. "

"Very nice resort. All the staff were friendly. We liked the wood flooring in our bedrooms and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean but were only stocked with one face towel per bathroom while we had 3 people per room. The pool was great but service for drinks and food were slow. They seemed overwhelmed, maybe because it was a Saturday. The breakfast buffet at Cava was wonderful. Overall we had a great time. "

"The front desk and valet were very nice. Liked the cool funky 70s decor in room and nice amenities. Chilled out at the pool with drinks and snacks from Lemonade Stand. Later enjoyed room service for dinner. Wonderful atmosphere, beautiful setting and great staff."

"Check in was friendly and helpful. We showed up at 4 and our room was ready. To get your wristband key they send you over to the timeshare counter. The gentleman we got was friendly and I did not find him too pushy. I explained I would not sign up for anything until I saw the whole resort and room and we went on our way. "We really enjoyed our brief stay at this home. It was ideal for us and we plan to stay here again in the future. The private pool, lovely patio, big kitchen and comfortable living room were perfect for us. One family member is somewhat physically impaired, so no steps, the single story of the home and the walk-in shower (there are 2) made getting around easy and stress-free.
