"Unfortunately they gave me the worst room over the air conditioning system - so the noise was really unpleasant. Also the staff could have picked up trays and dishes sooner-!other guest left their used trays and dishes and the sat for a long time. The fist was very high for what has become an average mediocre hotel"

"We had a great stay in La Quinta. The house was equipped with everything we needed. The furniture was very comfortable especially the beds. The pool and hot tub were very enjoyable and did not need to purchase any extra heating. We loved the walking path adjacent to the neighborhood. It is especially useful if you are bringing a dog. If we come back to La Quinta, we would definitely stay here again. "

"Perfect location! Walking distance to trails, and close drive to Indian Wells Tennis Garden.Natasha was wonderful to work with, and very responsive. There was a hair dryer missing in one bathroom, and she ordered one right away, which was delivered in the morning the next day.Everything was clean and well maintained, the beds are a little warn, and in one room in particular the bed sloped to the middle, but we didn’t need the 3rd room so that was not an issue for usWe will definitely stay here again."

"This is a tough review to write since the house was utterly fantastic but the property manager was a barrier to a wonderful experience. The house is big and well stocked. Plenty of entertainment including lots of pool toys for the kids and a huge space with lots of seating. Everything was clean and organized even with labels on kitchen drawers. Wifi was flawless. The game room was a hit and again well stocked. But geez the property manager, Vacanza, was a huge pain in the butt. I always approach rentals knowing not everything will be perfect but they made everything slow and difficult. Despite VRBO already having all my information and credit card details the property manager harassed me for additional information incessantly. They even went so far as to cite that it was a California requirement to obtain the names of my guests (including kids) and my vehicle info and license plate. Tons of hoops. After this fun I asked 4 times about checking in early (4pm check in). At 3:03pm , after we already arrived in the area, I received a message that said for a 150 fee, I can check in at 12:30pm. You read that right. I complained and received a subsequent message saying they will accommodate me by allowing me to check in which was 30 mins prior to the 4pm check in time. They fee all sorts of things such as a fee per degree of pool/spa heating above the normal temp. I could go on but just be aware that this is a hassle and expect your eyes to roll any time you request something. "
