"Amazing views! Right on the edge in the highest city on the caldera. Air conditioning was cold, bathroom was in a cave, and our own furnished balcony to watch the sun every evening. Excellent breakfast buffet everyday started our days off right, and the restaurant options for dinner were not just convenient, they left us little reason to go out. Staff was very friendly and eager to please. We enjoyed every hour we spent on property."

"Average property. Clean accommodation, nice pool area. Didn't like the bathroom as there was no shower glass and you couldn't put tissue down the toilet. Nice spacious balcony. Poor breakfast. Welcomed the free airport transfer. Overall a decent average hotel in a good location."
