I stay over 120 nights per year using this platform, and this was by far the worst experience of my life. What made it even worse was the total lack of respect and support from Hotels.com."

"Parking is paid separately -which wasnt disclosed when we called about it. Staff and breakfast were both phenomenal, but the hotel is very old. Clean, but old. The room was spacious but smelled STRONGLY like mold and was very very simple, not even a hair dryer. Shower was good but open so it got water all over the bathroom.. Just a very old hotel really, can be loud so be aware if you get bothered by this, but the location is unmatched, 10/10. Close to everything and anything you might wanna do...
