"Checked in twice in 2 weeks, both times they sent me to the exterior buildings where I had to drag my suitcase up the stairs."

"Gym wasn't open for 3 days. They still tried to charge me the full $45/day resort fee for the week. When I disputed it they did discount the fee. Location isn't the best. Staff just aren't the friendliest. I've been to hawaii over 12 times and would not stay at this hotel again."

"Great atmosphere and kid guest service"

"Comfortable"

"2nd time we stayed live it there"

"Loved it all. Location, staff, and price!"

"Mahalo for the pleasant stay"

"The room was immaculate. Check-in took a little while- the desk staff was having frustration with computer issues so we had to wait about 10 minutes. The room was very quiet and comfortable, so the wait was alright."

"Great place and extremely helpful staff."

"A great no frills hotel located in perfect position to walk to most places in Waikiki & across the street from the beach. The Deluxe Ocean View room has the best view for the price in Waikiki. The glass on our lanai wall, the railings & furniture were immaculate! Perfect to enjoy the view of the ocean & Waikiki. But if you have a car, the new valet parking is pricey. For us, it was worth it though."

"Enjoyed the resort, great location and close to the beach walk."
