"We found out quite late we have no hot water. We called the staff who said they'll see what can be done and call us right back. They never called. I the morning, when we asked again for the water to be repaired, they tried a few things and said they should be OK in about 10 minutes. We waited 30. Nothing happened, so we gave up. Also, the closet door was missing a screw and the door came apart. "

"Friendly and helpful staff at reception. Rooms were small, with the shower and sink in the main room rather than in a separate bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. It was also very easy to get onto the motorway from the hotel."
