"This hotel was super cool and very majestic. The downside was the room was not adequately air conditioned and very humid! (We were visiting in summer) Also, the rooms are noisy! I don’t mean like hearing your neighbor noisy, I mean like hearing traffic outside noisy. We were on the 5th floor and could hear music in cars outside! Very annoying, especially overnight. Over all great hotel. Great experience. Minor issues, but nothing to file a complaint about. "

"Overall we had a pleasant stay however it was a bit surprising to find out after check-in that the pool was out of order and that there was no longer any dining options at the property aside from some muffins and bagels in the morning. "

"Great location for our stay downtown. Be aware you right in the middle of downtown. Sirens, loud cars and activity go on all night long. I do not recommend the "pull out sofa." It is basically a plastic covered board with no linens provided."
