"Our room was big and complete with items you will need for long stay, they even provided laundry soap and dish soap if you need to do laundry or wash dishes. Those little things was a big deal to me 😬 We were able to check in early without having to pay early check in. The staff at the front desk were nice, pleasant and accommodating. I would have given a 5 star had we been informed that the elevator was out of order for our stay,Yes, I requested upper floor but did not know the elevated was...

"Great location. Very clean and everything works as it should. The shower was excellent, the safe works, the fridge & microwave are spotlessly clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. These are all basic standards that all hotels should achieve however I have stayed in several Orlando hotels that have been terrible with things not working. Rosen inns have always been excellent."
