"Clean hotel. However, I did not see such a difference in this brand hotel and its higher price to stay again. Seems hotels that charge more then charge for a breakfast no better than free breakfasts elsewhere. Is it psychological to make you feel you’re in a better place? The staff here was friendly, especially those at the breakfast bar. "

"I stay was nice for the one night. We did have two nights booked, but we had a family large emergency and had to leave to try to catch an early flight – we also missed our opportunity meet with our realtor that day to show us property, which was the reason we went to Aiken. However, we understand the 48 hour policy things do happen and it wasn’t emergency. It wasn’t like they were lacking business and had a memorial weekend coming up. We were told we could only get a credit when we ever return....

"My stay was great. Check in and check out was easy. The front desk staff was warm, welcoming and very friendly. My room was beautiful. My only complaint is that I didn’t get the room I booked. I always book a king room, and I was put in a room with 2 queen beds."
