"Well, I wasn’t able to check in my first night because the desk was unmanned so that was very annoying, And I had to get a hotel next-door at the Hampton, which was awful, but I able to check in the next day and was very pleased with the hotel."

"Some people may thumb their nose at this hotel. We return EVERYTIME because of the amazing customer service there. The gentleman, Leonard, is ALWAYS so friendly. His service dog is such a sweetheart. My recent visit i accidentally left my breast cancer blanket in the room after check out. 6 hrs went by and i just realized i forgot it. My heart sunk to my stomach due to my mom. I called the hotel and Leonard went above and beyond and found my blanket. This meant the world to me. We will for sure...

"We bought a house very neerto the hotel. This our first night in town having driven up from Florida. Movers come tomorrow. We've stayed here before surveying the area. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean bath and room. Convenient to move everything "

"Lookaway Inn, circa 1890 mansion/bed and breakfast, located in N Augusta on a hill that, in its heyday, you could see from the Savannah river and viceversa. John was very cordial and welcomes us as we came in the front door. He showed us our room which was off to the side of others. Room was beautiful and furnished with period pieces. The bed was very comfortable and room was quiet. (There were only 2 other guest staying there). Bathroom was huge and stocked with assorted amenities....

"Some people that checked in next door to me were extremely loud. After waking me up at 1am, I ended up contacting the front desk after an hour of listening to them blast rap music. The front desk immediately took care of it, and I was so grateful 😊 There was a mix up with my billing and my card but it was fixed. The place was very lovely, very clean, and accommodating. Would stay here again, and I am not the easiest to please."
