"Luxuriously appointed hotel. Slightly aged but still well-maintained. The room felt decadently large after all the cramped rooms in the cities. Quite a few of the staff are able to speak decent English and there are Chinese speakers as well. The lake view is gorgeous and we were able to enjoy the nightly fireworks without braving the cold weather. The buffet breakfast and dinner had a good spread and is about the same every day. Have to say that the shower in the room is better than the ones...

"I liked the convienience of shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. Also the breakfast and dinner buffet -many different delicious choices. Onsen with the view in the same building was also great. "

"Very fresh, clean and modern Hotel. 3-4 minutes drive distance to the silo Observatory. Onsite free parking. Great place to stay for road trip traveler. "

"Quiet hotel which is far from toya station. Need to take bus from toya station to toyako onsen bus terminal and another bus to hotel. Room is big (quadruple room) and faces lake toya. Upon check out, receptionist recommended walking to toyako onsen bus terminal but due to heavy snow we were stranded halfway and has to take a taxi to toya station about 10 minutes away for 26000 yen. Lake toya is beautiful but unfortunately we booked the wrong hotel."

"The front desk staff were all so kind and helpful!! They really made our stay so much more comfortable and also helped us with shipping our luggage to our next location and helping us figuring out bus times to go to kutchan! Will most definitely be back for the amazing staff!!"

"The building is old, but the facility is acceptable, the room is clean, although I did saw some bugs is at the outside frame of the window, which is understandable, because it is a country side area. The dining place around the area close really early, so the only choice is convenience store like Lawson and Scicomart. "

"Great hotel with great view and service! Unfortunately the location isn’t that great, about 15-30mins drive away from the main attractions. Staff were amazing though! Go all way out to fulfil our meals needs. 5 stars for the front desk and kitchen staff!"

"何度も訪れているお気に入りの宿でした。夕食は美味しく施設も落ち着いてのんびりしたい方にはとてもおすすめです。が、朝食の質が非常に残念だが格段に落ちていた。北海道の卵不足からなのか朝食で出していたその場で焼き上げる卵焼きが無くなっていた。虎杖浜産のタラコもなくなった。ホテルの方はわかっているはずです。カレーなども出していたがホテルの名前を付けてはいるが具材のないレトルトを出しているようにしか思えない。以前は品数はそれほど多くはないが質の良いものを提供していた。人手不足なのかコストカットなのかわからないが改悪と言わざるを得ない。元の朝食を知っている方がきたら確実にガッカリすると思う。物価高の影響なども理解出来るが改善されないようなら私はもう行かなくなるかもしれないです。"
