"Overall place was pleasant in the center of Bello but disappointed with the morning staff (Maria) when asked to correct a situation about room not being cleaned accordingly, she was short and dismissive. Water not draining fast enough in shower, so it overflowed and shower door not closing all the way, Cleaning staff yelling across in the hallways at 7am not considering guests."

"The hotel is very nice, clean, and well located. The staff was always friendly and willing to help. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it for two extra weeks. The only unusual issue we experienced was that our room lost electricity for a period of time due to a technical problem that could not be clearly explained. Fortunately, the staff did their best to assist us. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we would consider returning."
