"Your failure in not letting the hotel no about my booking so arrived to "sorry we dont have a room" went down like a lead ballon and your failure to help either showed lack of respect for your customers if it had not been for the amazing receptionist donna for making sure we had a room and then going to lengths to find us a room after it was fully booked from saturday we would have had no where to stay so hotel.com should be shamed not even any kind of reinbursment"

Bus stop and Sainsbury's local was a few minutes walk away and the hotel is only 4 stops from Stratford bus station & Westfield shopping centre (with lots of restaurants there). Parking on site was available. I found the staff to be friendly, helpful and accommodating and I was offered free hot and cold drinks on arrival (and free throughout the stay). I had an issue with...

Only negative is lack of restaurants nearby but there is a Tesco superstore. A little noisy with the window open next to the main road but close the window all good.
