"Excellent location for my needs, fabulous hosts, lovely property, exceptionally clean, pristine bathroom and a great breakfast. Slightly noisy plumbing from adjoining room(s) delayed my sleep a little but not a big issue."

"This is a superb setting for Luton airport customers. You are literally in the last bed before the runway. This means it isn't quiet when the planes fly over, but it is superbly comfortable and the hosts go the extra mile with small but winning touches including the ready when you are breakfast for those travelling at odd times. Great stay, but bring your ear plus if you want to pretend you are not staying near the airport."

"Just needed a quiet place to rest for a night after a busy day at a sports event in Tottenham. Bay Tree House was the perfect haven, with lovely views over Arnos Park. The hosts were welcoming and warm, and the breakfast was more than expected - freshly cooked and plenty of items to choose from. We drove, but the house is near a tube station for convenient access into London locations. Would definitely stay here again."

"We had a lovely stay at Little Barham that we were staying at for a family party and trip to Colchester Zoo. It was a super comfortable bed, lovely setup with the zed bed for our son, lovely tea/coffee facilities and fantastic bathroom. The breakfast was amazing with eggs from the chickens laid that morning. They’re such a lovely couple running it and they went out of their way to accommodate our needs which we are hugely grateful for. "

"Firstly, we had two properties cancell on us, both booked thru VRBO, so I'll never use them again! Secondly, this particular property cancelled on us at 11.13 am on the day of our stay! We were already in London, having travelled down from Preston to see Guns N Roses. The cancellation left three of us knee deep in the mire, and completely wrecked our weekend. But the worst thing was the guy who called me 5 mins after I'd made the booking. His name is Faisal Fafique, do not trust this man. He...

"We stayed one night in order to visit Talliston House in Great Dunmow. We had a wonderful stay. The room was lovely and warm, cosy and had everything we needed. We appreciated the milk, beverages and cookies. Everything was clean, the beds were lovely and it was a very quiet area. The gardens looked lovely, but weather did not allow us to fully explore. The cooked breakfast was a lovely start to the day. Faultless stay. "

"I would not book through this company again! Accommodation we booked was not the same. Was at different location nothing like what we paid for, no private bathroom and 3 rd person bed came out of a wood garden shed and accommodation was disgusting!!! "
