Small, friendly hotel. Limited car parking but plenty of free on-street parking nearby. Easy to get to from A1m. Everything you need for comfortable stay, though carpet in room looking a little tired. There's no lift, so if you have mobility issues request a ground floor room. Lovely bar-come-dining room, also some outside seating. Prices are reasonable with 10% discount for guests on food. Breakfast was included with our booking. Not far from a Northern line underground station for easy access to London. Lovely big common nearby. Would recommend.

Very helpful and friendly staff! Good sized room and a quiet area of North London so a good night's sleep is almost guaranteed. Easy late night entry with room key card. Decent and fresh made to order breakfast included in the room price, so all in all good value for money. Underground and/or train station are about 15-30min walk away.

Just returned from a one night stay. Everything was spotlessly clean and staff were all friendly, efficient and attentive. Breakfast was excellent, piping hot with good quality ingredients. Only negative was a slightly squeaky bed and pillows not soft enough for my liking. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again if we are in the area
