"Hey, this is in Venice. There are not many big or fancy hotels in the whole city, and in general prices are high. This hotel was clean and tidy, down a small street. (In Vence everything is down a small street). It is well located and our family was happy with the hotel. We would be happy to stay there in the future."

"The free breakfast was good. There were plenty of dessert breakfasts, eggs, cereal, toast, etc. good assortment. It was awful getting to this property. Arriving at the train station it seemed like it was a block and a half away. It was much further and first you had to cross the bridge of stairs with your luggage. It would have been nice if they offered instructions for how to get to the hotel and get help with luggage. It was quite a chore."

"We took a water bus to the stop and as we disembarked we were worried about how to get to the hotel, and after only walking about 10 steps we saw the front door. This end of the canal is quiet and off the tourist path but very easy to get to all the attractions. You can wake up, open your windows to the wonderful sounds and movements of a Venice canal with the water taxi stop right in front of the hotel.
