"FANTASTIC PLACE TO STAY WITH THE BEST STAFF!"

"Great Hotel property. Around it things are Beginning to build up but not the best location at the present. Room was good, bed a bit hard but still ok for sleeping. A small thing is I ask Room service for 3 days for a coke or Pepsi. They never had. All they had was Miranda or Schweppes. For the price it's the best I have stayed at in Addis and I've been going regularly for over 15 years. I will stay there again. "

"My stay at the Hub was nice. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and very helpful. They have a Spa and a gym on site (although the gym needs a little bit of work as far as the weights go). The immediate area has Chanoly Noodle (noodle/rice dishes with very nice smoothies and other drinks), a pharmacy, clothing stores, Ice cream and Cake shop as well as other restaurants. "Roaches (bugs). No Shower towels. (Had to ask for towels in the room for 2 hours.) This is a 2 star Motel faking as a 3 star Hotel. Very loud with the location. Thin walls and road round about do not mix. Use earplugs just to sleep."

"The rooms at Zmama were nice! Overall, good hotel. Downsides were that there was very loud music outside on the street playing at all hours. Also, during the day we stayed there, we received three phone calls. I understand that during the day they wouldn't have known we were trying to sleep, but it was fairly disruptive. With that said, the staff was very friendly!"

The hotel is close to the airport and conveniently located in the city, the room was meticulously clean and spacious, the buffet breakfast was delicious, and the staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful.
