"A wonderful boutique hotel, in the heart of Mombasa.
This place is pristine: Room, restaurant, and all other amenites.
All i know is that when in Mombasa, Premium Inn will be my first Choice.
The staff is better trained than that of 5 star hotels. If you're in Mombassa for business, Premium inn is the place to be.

"I stayed at Hotel Sapphire for one night last week, and unfortunately the experience fell below expectations.
The first room had an unpleasant smell and no hot water. We were moved to a better room, but the next morning there was again no hot water, which was particularly disappointing for such a basic hotel service.
Breakfast was fairly average, and many of the staff appeared to be trainees or interns, which may have contributed to the inconsistency in service.

"Terrible. Nothing's works and the entire hotel is not maintained with old rusting features. The hotels rooms are very noisy all the way till 3am as there are on going parties every day. I was not able to sleep till after 4am everyday. Terrible experience. I would not recommend this hotel."
"The Kaskazi Beach Hotel was closed for renovation however failed to cancel my reservation and charged me $329. I had to purchased another room at Diani Reef Beach Resort from Jul 17-21, 2026.
Expedia, please refund my credit card in the amount of $329, and remove Kaskazi Beach Resort from the Expedia website. The Kaskazi Beach Hotel is extremely unprofessional."
"Wonderful staff and service. A great all inclusive hotel on the beautiful Diani Beach. Lots of activities if you want or just relax. Good food selection. Would definitely stay again"
"Een fijne accomodatie met uiterst vriendelijk personeel.
Fijn om het zwembad erbij de hebben.
Het voelde als een heel veilige plek.
Een aanrader, en mooi aangelegde tuin en op loopafstand van het strand.
Alles dicht in de buurt wat betreft restaurants en winkels.
Lekker gegeten in eigen restaurant en een keer roomservice.
Prijs/ kwaliteit verhouding is uitstekend."
"Internet a bit spotty in rooms (great in reception). Beautiful hotel, clean, comfy bed - but location is sketchy as hell. Straight on the street and (as a white male) I got a lot of scary looks. Right next to the bus station so there is a lot of noise all through the night with horns blaring constantly. A shame because the hotel itself (and the staff) are lovely. Breakfast was also quite tasty in the restaurant next door (Soy)."
