"We paid for the corner room with a view and really enjoyed the hotel. The building also includes Hotel Bellustar which had several nice restaurants to choose from. We walked the area at night and never felt unsafe. The mornings in Shinjuku are very quiet but the nighttime is not. The Hotel groove restaurant and bar had a DJ on Saturday night - very fun."

"We stayed five nights at this hotel, the location is convenient to metro stations, restaurants and convenient stores. We really liked the cleaniess and the modern look of it. Overall we feel very safe. With young children, we usually get back to the hotel pretty early, just this one night we got back around 11pm after visiting the Disneyland, we saw a bunch of guys surrounding around the hotel entrace, i didnt feel comfortable about it, but overall, we will stay here again if we ever travel to tokyo. Oh best of all, i like the laundromat they have."

"The hotel was conveniently located across the street from a park which made it a quiet area to stay in Shinjuku but still close enough train stations and food and other attractions. They had a great breakfast and lobby area. The room was clean and standard size for Tokyo. Would recommend staying in this hotel while in Tokyo!"
