Great stay. The staff was very accommodating and friendly, and the room was nice, clean and comfortable.

Very close to universal, walkable locations, and many food options near by!

I was not on vacation, even though the location being Orlando might suggest it. I was on my way home and just couldn't make make the drive after a long day driving. Very friendly staff, fast check in, very accommodating to Hilton Honors members. Quiet clean room even with a view. Temperature was perfect, the room was comfortable and functional. Nothing like a good nights sleep. Thank you Hilton Garden Inn.

I booked this hotel for our universal studios trip and it was such great stay. Everything was so clean and staff were very attentive. Breakfast included, parking was free and offered shuttle transportation to universal. Highly recommend!

There was a bridge from the hotel to the mall! Very good location!!

Excelente overall this is one of the best Hotel at Universal

The beginning of a great stay started with Carmen at the front desk. We felt welcomed, informed and appreciated. I read reviews about the hot water, but we had no problem; the shower was great with adequate hot water. The rooms were clean and cleaned daily. The mattresses isn’t plush but I slept well. The shuttle to City Walk and Universal Studios theme parks and early entry into parks was a plus. The restaurant and Starbucks on property were convenient. The property is in a great location and...

All and all, this place was well located for my trip. It is clean and looking new. Staff was friendly. Paid Parking for travelers with cars.

Great breakfast options. Large lobby and activity space. Very accommodating for travelers. Excellent desk and universal employee to ask park questions too.

Close to Universal, walkable but also had plenty of transportation options. Property was clean and stay was friendly.

Very clean , very nice

Hassel free and calm stay

I was enjoying the time, great place, everything was close by, 5start restaurants ,stores. Only one thing was bad for me ,all my 3 day stay at Hilton hotel was out of TV channels.

Great location near everything and wonderful service! We will book again for our next trip.

It was amazing! just was there last week, for about 5days. Don’t think, just book the hotel and stay, you won’t regret it.

Will stay again when I'm visiting Orlando

Best area for EVERYTHING! You get great breakfast every morning boxed up after you fill your request out the night before and it will be ready between 6 and 9am. The staff is SOOOO kind and respectful. The pool area is as pictured and the rooms are big especially the bedroom. There’s one way in the bathroom that’s through the bedroom so be prepared for the disturbance. All in all I really really like this place it’s clean and friendly. Oh the Tiki bar is across the street and another pool and...
