"The Atrion hotel is modern, well kept, and comfortable. Our room had a large balcony with a table and 2 chairs. The breakfast buffet is ample and tasty. It is very convenient to many neighborhood restaurants, pharmacies, shopping, and an excellent drop-off laundry. We easily walked to the Archaeology Museum and the public bus to Knossos. The immediate surroundings are in poor repair with uneven or non existent sidewalks so that the first block of any walk requires close attention."

"We had a lovely stay, quiet and clean with a very comfortable bed. The shower was great and the property is well located within a short 10-15 minute walk to most tourist destinations. We enjoyed the breakfast which was included in the room price. Our only criticism is that there is ample room for a couple of chairs and a small table but the only furniture is the bed. "A small slice of heaven on Crete. All around great place run by a committed family sitting within a short distance of the beach and places to eat and drink. I only wish I could have stayed far longer. My sea view balcony room was an upgrade while super large and immaculate clean while I fully used the large pool. Thanks, George and family! "
