"Forstly, I was a little disapointed on checkin and on getting to our room. We stayed for 3 nights and the hotel/room looks old fashioned/dated. However, the rooms were clean and well maintained, aircon lovely and cold, fantastic high powered shower that was like a jet wash. Staff all friendly and helpful. Daily housekeeping replaced towels/bedding etc as required. Breakfast had a good selection of foods. We were in a room at the back of the hotel, you could hear the trams passing on the road...

"The room was comfortable with air conditioning, perhaps not to the quality of the pictures on website but more than adequate for our 3 night stay. the staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was fresh and enjoyable. it is a 5 minute walk to the main square, the area felt safe as did the whole of Krakow. "A lovely quirky place in a great location, with lots to see and do. Very reasonable price too. The electronic key was very handy. The only thing was ideally having 24hr concierge. If this could be made more clear it might help, but also point out that the electronic key system works for the front door and your room door. This would help people know what they have to do for certain. Otherwise a great find and lovely, friendly staff."
