Spoilt a little as we stayed previously and didn't have to pay for the pool etc. This time however we did as we booked through Expedia, although we tried to book direct there was no room availability. I think it should be as it says on the best western website,if your a resident then it's all included."

"The hotel is in a lovely location , parking was easy . Checking in was simple and we were given a warm welcome. We booked a table and when looking at the menu we both thought it was a little pricey , hope the food is good. The food didn’t disappoint excellent presentation and quality , well worth it . Pretty easy walk from the train station along the seashore promenade to the Guesthouse. We lucked out with 4 sunny days and enjoyed ourselves as many restaurants and eateries in the neighbourhood."

"So glad we found this place to stay, great value. Our room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay, tea,coffee,bottled water and biscuits. Every member of staff we met was cheerful and friendly and service in restaurant and bar very efficient. Breakfast with choice days and there is a buffet at the weekend. We ate in the restaurant two evenings, good value and lots of choice. Home made tasty food. On Friday there was also a carvery and pie night. In the grounds there is...
