"Local bem novo , hotel bonito . Café muito bom , apenas o Box do banheiro precisa de uma limpeza forte pois os rejuntes e varal no Box estão encardidos e embolorados ! Fomos fazer um chá a chaleira estava suja e com aspecto de mofo dentro. Uma boa higienização seria ideal ! As garagens são super apertadas para um SUV. Não gostamos também. Claro, como é cortesia, temos que aceitar. O pessoal da recepção despreparado ligando para retirarmos o carro que estava atrapalhando outro hóspede na hora...

"Lamentável entregar ao hospede uma suite com espelho quebrado, banheira pior que de borracheiro, assento sanitário não condizente com a bacia e tubulação de água aparente pelo chão do banheiro. O pior, a reserva foi feita para família, contendo criança. Além de teto com mancha de vazamento do piso superior e rolos de papel higiênico com sinais de sujeira. Ao solicitar troca fui atendido, mas o "migué" fica ai para os que aceitarem. Não retornarei nem de graça e pensarei 2x ao fazer reserva...

Fomos realocados de quarto e ao entrar para tomar banho eu me deparei COM TANTO CABELO, MAS TANTOS que eu tive que usar um rolo inteiro de papel higiênico para tirá-los para q eu pudesse enfim usar o banheiro.
