"We were less than a block from the beach. Although the room was small, it was painted light and felt airy and roomy. The only downside was the shower. It was tiny, which is manageable, but the rain shower head made it so there was no place in the shower you weren't getting wet. There was not a shelf for soap or anything and the door wouldn't close. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay."

"We didn't like our 1st room,we had as it was very small and not what we expected. Reception was very kind allowed us to chose another room; which we did and it was much better. it was one we had chosen, we were only changed as it was thought we couldn't manage the stairs or the shower in the bath. everyone helped us change rooms and carried our luggage downstairs when we left."

"I thought that the property was economical for what little amount of time I was spending there. Even though the room was clean, the shower curtain had a lot of mold on it and needed to be replaced. The bathroom really needed an update/renovation. An elevator/lift is needed at this location. "

"We stayed for a long weekend and had no problems or issues at all. The guest house provided parking vouchers for £15 for 24 hour parking on most of the local streets, we parked outside the property. The room was clean and plenty big enough for two, with lots of tea and coffee provided. Everything is within 5 to 10 minutes walking distance, the pier, town, bars and restaurants. Perfect!"

"Comfortable convenient place to stay…..very clean, nice shower, comfortable bed…(single room). The tv didn’t work (no signal ?) but not important as I had my I-pad to watch tv and the WiFi was good. Central to Kemptown amenities….."
